Summer was born on July 1, 1978 to Jerry and Susan (Romereim) Lottman in Sioux Falls, SD.  Summer grew up in Canton and graduated from Canton High School in 1996.  She furthered her education at Southeast Technical College in Sioux Falls.

Summer will be remembered as a kind soul who was an amazing mother.  Summer loved her family deeply and could always be counted on to be loudly cheering for them at all of their activities. She was known for her spaghetti and Jello fluff and liked helping those in need.  In her spare time, she enjoyed arts and crafts, photography, and tending to her flowers.   Although her kids were her life, her dogs came in a close second.

She was greeted in heaven by her grandparents, Ralph (Mavis) Romereim and Francis (Joe) Lottman; aunts, Cheri Gasser and Mary Jane Frumm; uncles, Gary Romereim and Warren “Floppy” Romereim; and dogs, Addie, Boedy, Britta, Emma, Izzy, and Cooter.

Oh Sue, so sorry the hear of the loss of Summer. Was not expecting it when I checked the obits. It’s not right when parents have to bury their children when so young. Enjoyed our family visits when I went into the bank while she worked there. Thinking of you Sue, again so sorry. Hug!!
