    Dear Betty and family,
I am so sorry to hear of your Mom’s sudden death. She was a very special lady who will be missed by many. I am still in the hospital, so I will not be able to attend the funeral.

Dear Betty, Johnnie, Donald and Jerry,

I grew up as your farm neighbor south of Canton and remember your Mom with warm thoughts. My recollections include the day we hitched our horse, Kiyi, to a wagon and went on a grand adventure on Grand Valley Road.

My sympathies to of you all during this sad time. May your memories sustain you, always.

    Carol
