Heather Van Noort

Heather Van Noort, 43, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, October 3, 2014 at the Canton-Inwood Hospital.  Private family services will be held.

          Heather was born November 23, 1970 at Ogden, Utah, to Charles and Sandra (Foit) Weier.  She graduated from Viborg High School and attended college.

          Heather was united in marriage to Randy Van Noort in January of 2005 in Rapid City, SD.  They made their home on a farm near Hudson, SD.  She had been employed at Keystone Treatment Center, but most recently had been helping Randy on the farm.  She especially enjoyed caring for the baby calves.  She loved her children, gardening, and her pets.  She was a bird watcher and enjoyed collecting humming birds.

          Grateful for having shared her life are: her husband, Randy; children, Sam and Cassie Jackels of Minnesota and Austin Van Noort of Canton; her parents, Charles and Sandra Weier of Las Vegas, NV; and brother, Joshua and Sarah Weier of Colorado.  She was preceded in death by her son, Dillon Fischer.
