Geraldine “Gerry” Verley, age 96, died Friday, February 27, 2026 surrounded by her family at Sanford Canton-Inwood Hospital in Canton, SD.  Funeral services will begin at 2:30 Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Canton Lutheran Church, Canton, SD.  Family will greet visitors one hour prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may by directed to Canton Lutheran Church or the Canton Ministerial Association.
