My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time. I loved Dawn as a cousin and a friend. Many hearts are broken over her passing because she was loved by so many. The last time she was at my house we were setting around the table talking and her phone keep beeping. Each time we were interrupted she would smile and say that was another grandchild texting her, it made her so happy! She really loved Rus, her children, grandchildren and sisters. We was the kindest most loving person I’ve ever known. I’ll miss her terribly.

Russell and family: The biggest heartbreak I ever have faced in my life was the loss of my wife, Mae, after 47 1/2 years. I know Russell how you and your family must feel and I also know how difficult it is to go on. I knew of Dawn when we were teenagers. We were friends of friends and we never got to know each other beyond a cheerful “hi!” at the old roller rink. She could skate well and me not so much. As things usually proceed She went her way as I went mine. I remember Dawn as a happy gal who laughed easily. I am impressed that according to these pages that she led a homemakers life longside that of an Insurance Agent. I am not surprised that she did well in that career. She could make people feel good just by visiting with them. You and your families have my deep sympathy upon her loss.

So sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful mother and always welcomed this little nerdy friend of her son. She will be missed.
