I’m so sorry to hear this sad news. Dick was a very special guy. He was our bus driver as well as many others. But he and I always had a special bond and visited so much in all the different areas that I would see him around town. I know words can not take away the pain you are all feeling, but know there are many of us keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers. Hold on to your memories and share with each other. Take care.

I am so sad to see this, I was honored to work as a counter part of Dicks when I was a Veterans Service Officer. He was such a friendly man and I really enjoyed getting to know him through conversations. I remember the last time I saw him at the VA hospital, I shouted his name and we talked for a while. I’m so sad to see that he passed and the family and loved ones are all in my prayers.
Dick thank you for you service to our country, and our Veteran population. Rest In Peace. ❣️

Dick was one of my favorite veterans. I loved working with him and chatting with him so many times. Even though it’s been years since we’ve talked, I still cherished every time we did. Your watch is over my friend.

My sympathy to your family. Duane always enjoyed talking with Dick. Your dad had shared with me one time when I ran into him at the gas station about his experience from his Honor Flight. He shared from the heart about that trip and it meant so much to him. He was easy to visit with. Prayers for the family. May God’s peace be with you.
