Lucille Salvas, age 83, died Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at her home in Canton, SD surrounded by her family.  Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2021 at Kirk Funeral Home in Rapid City, SD.  Family will greet visitors one hour prior to the service.

          Lucille was born on August 1, 1937 in Scenic, SD to Leonard and Esther (Wilcoxen) Jobgen.  She graduated from New Underwood High School in 1955.  She married Raymond Salvas, Sr. in December of 1966.  In addition to raising her family, Lucille worked in the office at Green’s Moving and Storage for many years.

          Lucille is survived by her sons, Mark (Dawn), Pete (Sabrina), and Raymond Jr.; daughters, Deb Christopherson and Renee Douglas (Mike Robbins); 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; brother, Robert Jobgen; sister, Mary Curtis; along with numerous extended relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond, in 2007; granddaughter, Hanna Salvas; brothers, William and Leonard Jr. Jobgen; and sister Louise Simmons.  www.andersonandsonsfh.com
