June was born January 27, 1922 in Canton, SD to Albert and Lenora (Pompey) Anderson.  She married Frank Miller October 5, 1940 at Luverne, MN.  They made their home in Fairview and Canton.  Her husband died in 1988.  June was an avid baseball enthusiast, making many train trips to Chicago with her husband to attend White Sox and Cubs games.  She loved animals and had many pet dogs over the years.

June is survived by her daughter Gloria Summey of Canton; three grandchildren- Todd (Mary) Summey, Serena (Ken) Hillman, and Shane Summey; eight great-grandchildren- Lucas, Nathan, Paige, and Dylan Summey and Crystal (Sean) Glasgow, Bradley, Lisa, and Isaac Hillman ; one great-great-grandson Bentley Glasgow; and one sister, Olive Scott, Canton.
