In her spare time, Eileen enjoyed Mahjong, playing cards, puzzles, crafts and traveling. She will be remembered for being a staunch Democrat.

You will always be remembered. Never forgotten. I love you Auntie Bean.
To Eileen’s family, I am sorry to hear of Eileen’s passing. Eileen was opinionated and fun to talk to at the same time. Eileen was a Democrat through and through. She would scold me for supporting at the time for president, George W. Bush. I will miss our conversations when she’d stop by work or we’d go to lunch from time to time. May the Lord Jesus Christ give her rest and comfort through eternity.
