Del’s family,
I simply love the picture you chose of your mom! Her smile was the best! My sweet memory of Del happened the day she moved to the Good Samaritan and became my mom’s roommate. As they walked down the hall together Del said, “We’re a couple of petunias in an onion patch and we aren’t going to cry about it!” My sisters Carol and Lori and I wish you God’s peace at this time. May all your good memories make you smile just like your mom’s.
Gail and family,
Thank you for taking the time to send a message. That story is hilarious! We had not heard that one! They were quite the “dynamic duo” roaming the halls together. Your mom was always so nice to our mom and we couldn’t have asked for a better roommate to help ease the transition.
Brad Severson and family
So sorry to hear about Aunt Dell’s passing. May God bless her precious soul. I know Aunts Chick, Dell, Lois, and Aunt Freida and my mom Ellen are chatting it up and those ladies could talk. We will miss them all, they were all wonderful. I’m comforted to know they are all together and with the brothers and of course our Lord Jesus. God bless you all, may God grant us his peace.
So sorry to hear about your Mom. She was such a lovely lady. I have lots of memories of your parents from Prairie Grove and Beaver Creek. So sorry we will be unable to be there this weekend, as we are out of town. Sending hugs and tons of prayers
