She retired in 1999. She had been a member of Canton’s Catholic Churches since 1940 where she was a past choir director, taught Sunday School, and was a member of the Altar Society. After moving to Sioux Falls, she attended St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church. She was a member of A.S.I.D. and the Sweet Adeline’s singing group. We were sad to hear the news of Carol’s passing. We are so glad we got to see and talk with them at our Mother’s passing a few years ago. Out prayers are with Clete and their children. I am sure she will enjoy singing with a choir of angel in heaven.
