Barbara A. Wiebers, age 83, formerly of Canton died Friday, Jan. 6, 2012 at Sanford USD Medical Center.  Her memorial service will be held at 7 PM Tuesday, Jan. 10, at Heritage Funeral Home in Sioux Falls. 
Barbara was born October 22, 1928 in Columbus, WI, to Roy and Evelyn (Roob) Eggleston.  She lived in Wisconsin until 1944, when she moved to Sioux Falls.  She worked as a beautician for 10 years and also worked at Red Owl, Zip Feed, and McKennan Hospital.  She moved to Canton in 1994, and returned to Sioux Falls in 2008.  She enjoyed sewing, knitting, reading, baking, gardening, especially caring for her violets. 
She is survived by her son, Bill Baxter, Sioux Falls; 2 grandchildren, Gwen and Owen; brother, James Eggleston, Sturgis, SD; and several nieces and nephews. www.andersonandsonsfh.com
