Virginia was born on November 6, 1947 in Hawarden, IA to Norman and Gladys (Anderson) Lundstrom. She attended West Branch Country School and Canton High School. She married Bruce Day on December 19, 1980 in Elk Point, SD. Virginia worked for Otis Radio and most recently ran several antique booths.
Virginia spent her days going to auctions, antiquing, refinishing furniture, going for drives, sitting around the pool, and watching the MN Twins. She loved darts and enjoyed kidding her husband about who had more trophies. One of her proud accomplishments was being one position shy of being on Dart Team USA in a tournament in Chicago.
Grateful for sharing her life are her husband of 39 years, Bruce; sons, Tim Keiser (fiancé Kristi Feucht) and Terry (Jill) Keiser; grandsons Josh and Ross; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, Dennis (Sandi) Lundstrom, Doug Lundstrom, and Arnie Lundstrom; sisters, Shirley (Ronnie) Bern and Janet (Perry) Ambur; brothers-in-law, Jerald (Gerri) Day and Marlin (Heather) Day; sister-in-law Karen Cook; aunts Mary Nelson and Marcella; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Robert.

Bruce,
I am so sorry. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Bruce and all,
My sincere best wishes to you in dealing with this loss. However it happens, it is never easy. Let God and Jesus help you to heal and remember the good days.
I am so sorry for your loss. Her and I were BFF’s when we were kids. I’ll never forget her as she was a very special person way back when. We use to dye our hair together. I even turned her hair green one time. She was horrified. We worked at it until we got it fixed though. Then her and I went over a 150 foot drop off together and praise God we both walked up that hill. We were taken to the sheriffs house. They fed us supper and then we had to go to court after that before we could go home. May God’s peace and his love surround you all as you go through this very difficult time. My prayers are with you. Love, Patty Bell
