Visitation: Visitation will be Monday from 2-5 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home in Canton and will resume, with family present, from 6-9 p.m. at Bethany Reformed Church.

Service: Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 30 at Bethany Reformed Church in Canton.

Margaret Decker, age 86, passed away Friday, August 26, 2011 at the Canton Good Samaritan Society.  Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 30 at Bethany Reformed Church in Canton.  Visitation will be Monday from 2-5 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home in Canton and will resume, with family present, from 6-9 p.m. at Bethany Reformed Church. 
Our dear Mother & Grandmother, Margaret Decker, was born April 28, 1925 at Barrickman Colony, Canada.  At age 16 she moved with her parents, Jacob & Rebecca Wipf, to Tschetter Colony in SD.  She married our father, George Decker, on June 28, 1946. Our family moved to Pembrook Colony on Oct. 31, 1971 then moved back to Tschetter Colony on Aug. 22, 1974.
On April 11, 1989 mom and dad left Tschetter Colony and moved to rural Canton, SD.  Joyfully, she sacrificed everything but trusted the Lord to guide her in her new path.  The Lord blessed her new life with prosperity, friends, and family. 
 Being born again, she went to be with Jesus Christ our Savior.  She will be sadly missed by all of us.  Our hearts are ever grateful for the happiness she has entered into.
